Design
The obverse features a bold Native American portrait facing left, wearing a full war bonnet — a design inspired by President Theodore Roosevelt’s drive to beautify American coinage, executed by sculptor Bela Lyon Pratt. Thirteen stars surround the portrait with the date below. The reverse showcases a proud American bald eagle standing on an olive branch, with inscriptions UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, E PLURIBUS UNUM, IN GOD WE TRUST, and TEN DOLLARS.

The Indian Head Eagle series (1907–1933) is widely regarded as one of the most artistically beautiful designs in U.S. coinage history.
